As a dedicated and experienced occupational therapist with over 8 years of acute care hospital-based experience, I am passionate about providing holistic, personalized care. I hold certifications in lymphatic drainage and personal training, which have enhanced my approach to wellness and recovery. With a masters degree in OT and a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, I utilize anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and psychology to help you recover at your best. When I’m not helping my clients, I live and play in Ridgefield with my hubby, toddler, and rescue dog.

I founded Essential Therapy to fill a critical gap in care—specifically for postpartum women and individuals recovering from elective cosmetic surgeries—who often lack proper guidance from providers after leaving the hospital. My mission is to ensure that every person receives the support they need to heal and thrive.
My other passion is working with people diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. I am LSVT BIG certified and utilize a unique approach that incorporates both mind and body in all my treatments.
